Kulfi Finance values your privacy and ensures due care with regard to the processing and protecting

of personal data.

During the processing of your personal data, we adhere to the requirements of relevant privacy

legislation, including (from 25 May 2018 onwards) the General Data Protection Regulation

(GDPR). In this Privacy Statement (the ”Statement”), we explain what types of personal data we

collect, why we collect such data, how we deal with personal data and what rights you have.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site and gather data when you

participate in the forum by reading, writing, and evaluating the content shared here.

When registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name and e-mail address. You

may, however, visit our site without registering. Your e-mail address will be verified by an email

containing a unique link. If that link is visited, we know that you control the e-mail address.

When registered and posting, we record the IP address that the post originated from. We also

may retain server logs which include the IP address of every request to our server.

Registration as an individual investor in our token offering

If you register with us as an investor, you are required to provide us with your name and email

address. In order to participate in our token offerings we may also require certain information to

confirm your status as an accredited investor. For example, if you are hoping to participate in

one of our token offerings in an individual capacity, and not on behalf of a corporation or trust,

you must provide your full name, social security number, phone number, address, date of birth,

and proof of required assets (such as an asset appraisal) or income (such as tax filings or pay

stubs), as well.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To verify the identity and accreditation status of our users, which may include conducting a soft

pull on your credit history, and to facilitate participation in listed tokens.

To personalize your experience — your information helps us to better respond to your individual

needs.

To improve our site — we continually strive to improve our site offerings based on the

information and feedback we receive from you.

To improve customer service — your information helps us to more effectively respond to your

customer service requests and support needs.
